I paid $59.98 for Expedited delivery with my order on 12/16 and they said they will deliver by UPS on 12/23 - Omaha Steaks On Line Delivery

Yes I ordered on 12/16/16, paid 59.98 for expedited shipping and the steaks have not been delivered as of 12/21. I called their rude customer service and they said it will be delivered by UPS and not Fed Ex as I had expected and that it wont be delivered until 12/23/16. Either they don't care or their service has gone down the drain. I am very disappointed. Does Mr. Bruce and Todd Simon know what is going on and that their company is not the same. This looks like a scam. I want my money back. I have yet to know how the steaks will turn out and really I don't care now. Next time I will go to the local Fresh Market or Spruce and buy better steaks!!!!
