Omaha Steaks Guarantee is a scam- Wont guarantee after you ask for a refund - Omaha Steaks
Horrible Customer service!! They say they will guarantee their products 100% but what they don't tell you is that if you decide you don't like something and ask for a refund they NEVER guarantee another order. I placed a large over few months ago and did not like some of the products. refund was given. Tried to reorder the products i did like and some new ones i haven't tried and they are telling me they will no longer guarantee my order because of the previous refund!!! This is NOT a reliable company. I cancelled my new order and will never buy from them again!
